Arlene Lagos

Lagos, a native of Massachusetts has written poetry, stage plays, screenplays and short stories for over 20 years. She has written multiple genres’ including the science-fiction fantasy, "Beyond Earth Series", The Women's Fiction novels, "Butterflies Wake" and "Butterflies Rising", as well as several short stories published in the "Giant Tales" Anthologies.

Her books, "Outside The Circle" and "Sneaky Pete" are Lagos' first children's middle-grade novels inspired by her daughter.

Currently she is writing book 3 of the Butterflies Trilogy, "Butterflies Forever" due out summer 2024.

Lagos, is also an award-winning screenwriter and film producer who offers book -to-screen services to authors looking to break into film.

Lagos is a proud member of OIF, Organization of Independent Filmmakers and the East Coast Film Writers. She currently resides in Central Florida with her family.
