Matthew R Drayton

Matt Drayton was born and raised in Savannah GA. Matt grew up under privileged and struggled with behavioral issues throughout his childhood before enlisting in the US Army to make something of himself.

Matt served 26 years in the US Army retiring at the senior enlisted rank of Sergeant Major. Matt has traveled around the world learning valuable lessons about leadership, productivity, and achieving success.

Matt is an Author, Speaker and Consultant writes, and speaks about leadership and success. Matt is a mentor and volunteer who works with at risk youth, and former Executive Director of a nonprofit.

Matt has been featured in national media outlets, and published in national publications such as the Huffington Post, BBC, and Newsweek. Matt is a member of the National Speakers Association.
