Cheryl Kennedy MacDonald

Cheryl Kennedy MacDonald (MA, BA (Hons), PgDip) is a psychotherapist, women’s wellbeing specialist, internationally recognised Yoga Elder and published author. She specialises in relationships, female life transitions and embodied approaches to women’s psychological wellbeing.

Founder of the global YogaBellies movement and creator of Birth ROCKS and YogaPause, Cheryl brings together psychotherapy, somatic practice and women-centred yoga to support women through pregnancy, perimenopause, midlife and beyond. Her integrative approach draws on Person-Centred Therapy, depth psychology and embodied practice to help women reconnect with themselves, strengthen self-worth and move through change with greater confidence and self-understanding.

With over two decades of experience working with women, Cheryl has trained teachers internationally and contributed to both consumer and academic conversations around women’s health and wellbeing. She is based between Singapore, Bali and Glasgow, where she lives with her teenage son and her dog, Cosmo.
