Craig S. Whitmore is a former interpretive ranger with the National Park Service at Perry's Victory and International Peace Memorial at Put-in-Bay, Ohio. His work with the National Parks has placed him at Hot Springs, Arkansas, National Park and at Chickamauga and Chattanooga National Military Park in Ft. Olglethorpe, GA. He has been a teacher of public speaking, creative writing, journalism, and electronic media, and is himself an accomplished speaker. Whitmore is the past host of The Writing Place Roundtable television program on WVIZ-TV in Cleveland, Ohio. He has authored numerous newspaper articles on biking Ohio's Rails to Trails. He is a graduate of Ashland University and holds a masters degree in education. He currently shares his time between Florida and Ohio.
