Christophe Chommeloux began writing about his passion for music as a freelancer for Melody Press, then as a columnist for CD Mag and finally as editor-in-chief of Soundcheck magazine, then the benchmark medium for recording studios. In the early 90s, with digitization in full swing, he created the monthly Home Studio, while at the same time working in the corporate press. He contributed to a number of music publications, including Coda, a pioneer of electronic culture.

He was then invited to publish a number of humorous books, including the highly acclaimed “Le Chien, mode d'emploi”.

In love with Thailand, he took the plunge in 2011 and co-founded Le Paris Phuket, then moved to Bangkok, from where he runs the magazine Latitudes.

During Confinement, the man who wrote his first record review on his grandmother's typewriter, in an attempt to follow in the footsteps of the finest pens of Rock&Folk, of which he has been an avid reader since the age of 12, fulfilled a childhood dream by writing “La discographie idéale de Rock&Folk”, 150 reviews of essential albums.

He also wrote “Paradis de sable, les 100 plus belles plages de France”, followed by a 300-page special collector's edition on Gainsbourg for Icône magazine.
