Michael D Brooks

Michael D. Brooks is a late bloomer baby boomer Indie Writer. He is a dreamer, fan of science fiction, enjoys humor, and is a kid at heart. He earned an MA in Writing Studies and has written numerous articles, Short Stories, Drabbles, and Flash Fiction.

The Destined series, an intricately woven tale of adventure, love, friendship, sacrifice, and survival, is his springboard into science fiction, and a dream fulfilled.

He is also the author of a humorous series of flash fiction books featuring conversations with a crusty but lovable character called Pop who imparts snippets of wisdom to his son and grandson with hilarious results.
