Beth is a cookbook author, recipe developer and food journalist with more than 15 years of writing and editing experience as well as extensive training as a natural-foods chef. She is a culinary nutritionist for Clean Eating magazine, and she writes and develops recipes for online and print publications such as FoodNetwork.com, Well+Good, Livestrong, Eat This Not That and more. She also develops recipes for brands, including Butcher Box, Primal Kitchen and YouTheory.
Previously she was the food director of Health and All You magazines, and her work also has appeared in EpIcurious, Paleo magazine, Travel + Leisure, Clean Plates and others.
Beth also teaches one-on-one and group cooking classes as resident chef at Middleberg Nutrition, and she offers group workshops on health-related topics such as clean eating, sleep, stress, reducing sugar/cravings and self-care for busy people. Workshop clients have included Boston Consulting Group, Chanel, KMPG, Samsung and Warner Music.
She lives in Brooklyn with her husband, daughter, and a very unruly dog.
