Laura Dodson, CPA from Seattle, Washington. She has worked with many small businesses on setting up their accounting systems. She has conducted many training classes for new business owners.

The Organized Bookkeeping Series answers basic questions about QuickBooks and bookkeeping. Many new business owner have questions about what paperwork they should keep and which they should ignore.

Laura started her accounting career as a small business bookkeeper in 1992. She continued with her education to ultimately receive her CPA license and to start her own CPA Firm. Her wide range of experience is rare in accountants.

In her off hours, she enjoys watching Dr. Who, knitting, and watching Roller Derby.
