Emrah Yayıcı is a best-selling author, a keynote speaker and a trainer specialised in business analysis, design thinking and process redesign with AI. As one of the managing partners of BA-Works and Fulcrum, he leads end-to-end AI consultancy initiatives, from strategy to execution.
Emrah also contributes to the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA®) as a chapter president and plays an active role in advancing the profession. He co-founded the BAistanbul Conference, an internationally recognised event that has become a key platform for business and technology professionals responsible for agentic transformation in their organisations, bringing together participants from more than 35 countries.
In addition, Emrah is the co-founder of ArtBizTech, an organisation dedicated to preparing professionals for the AI age. It does this by unlocking creative and critical thinking through artful thinking. ArtBizTech also runs bang.Prix, a platform that supports and showcases innovative projects at the intersection of art, science and technology.
Earlier in his career, Emrah worked as a consultant at Accenture and later held leadership roles in global enterprise transformation programmes at Beko-Grundig Electronics as Head of Strategy. He holds degrees in Industrial Engineering and International Economics from Middle East Technical University (METU).
