Isabella Mader

Isabella Mader serves as the Executive Director of Excellence Research and is a university lecturer on IT Strategy, Business Psychology, and Human Factors in AI.

In 2013, she was recognized as "Top CIO of the Year" by EY.

Prior to her current role, she served as CEO of a software company and worked on methodology development at the CTBTO (Comprehensive Nuclear Test Ban Treaty Organization, On-Site Inspection/United Nations).

Her current focus areas include IT and AI strategy, knowledge management, and organizational behavior.

Since 2017, she has served as an Executive Advisor for the Global Peter Drucker Forum, where she has been an active speaker and session chair since 2013.
