Caroline Scutt began calling herself a “writer” when she filled her first diary with views on the world as it appeared through a young girl’s eyes. Diaries made way for journals that led to notebooks filled with stories and essays.
Ms. Scutt began her professional writing career in 1992 as a reporter for "Travel Weekly" newspaper and has since authored articles on an array of topics for various print and online outlets.
“Some Girls,” is Caroline Scutt’s debut novel. When she isn’t writing or helping build a stronger community through her work at United Way of Hunterdon County she can be found sharing her love for stories at her shop, The Book Garden, in Frenchtown, N.J. She also lives in the enchanting Delaware River town with her husband, Jeff, her daughter, Julia, and a house full of furry family members.
