Dan Maguire

I grew up in the Western New York region but have lived in Wisconsin half my life. The capitol city of Madison provides the backdrop for my debut novel, One Last Improvisation - a crime thriller with multiple layers that will appeal to a wide audience. The novel jumps back and forth between different time periods in the life of its protagonist, Ryan O'Reilly, and the reader will see how decisions made in his youth have shaped his life to date. Of course, we will see if he can learn from his mistakes....

I strive to give my readers an experience they will not forget, with realistic characters striving to overcome challenges that many of us recognize. It is my hope that reading my work will take you away from the mundane for a little while, and that you will feel better off for having spent that time reading.
