Joe Dissmeyer

Joe Dissmeyer lives in central Florida with his wife and children. He has held many roles in I.T. including Help Desk, Service Desk, Domain Administrator, Server Administrator, Network Engineer, and more. In each position held, he has been recognized for achievements in critical IT projects that he led or took part in. Joe is also a managed service provider for a few small businesses in central Florida.

Beyond his I.T. jobs and family responsibilities, he volunteers his knowledge and skills by participating in the Microsoft Answers forums and the Spiceworks Pro Community, has speaking engagements at various I.T. Professional events, and he shares the responsibilities of the computer and projection system for Sunday's service at his local church. He is also the author of "SolarWinds Orion Network Performance Monitor" published by Packt Publishing, and he is working on other book projects.

Joe is considered an expert on Windows desktop, desktop operating system deployment, and advanced network troubleshooting and administration.
