Mark Q. Rhoads

Mark Q. Rhoads is a former Illinois State Senator and a former Fellow of the Institute of Politics at Harvard University. His articles have appeared in The Wall Street Journal, The Washington Post, The Washington Times, The Chicago Sun-Times, and Illinois Issues. He has appeared on ABC-TV Good Morning America, PBS-TV Nightly Business Report, and more than 200 radio interview shows. He served one year as president of the Illinois State Society of Washington, DC and three years as president of the National Conference of State Societies.
