Bev Pogreba

I began writing at age 7 and enjoyed writing stories (usually about horses) more than paying attention in class and got in trouble once for working on my book rather than taking a test. My teacher snatched the book I was writing away from me and most likely assumed I was drawing an unflattering picture of her. She returned my book at the end of the class and asked if I would write a story for her.

"But not during school hours, please."

Dabbling in poetry to songs then opinion columns, I strayed from writing and became a professional Middle Eastern dancer. I also produced a performance video, "Middle Eastern Belly Dance" available on Amazon including the following books - American Dancer a Belly Dancing Story, Female Life in Poetry / La Vida de Mujer (Bilingual Poetry), Chart Your Health -a 30 day Journal and SEO Organics (Easy Search Engine Optimization). I am currently working on a spelling book with easy ways to recall correct spelling for common words.
