Welcome to my author's page.

I am an explorer of spirituality and energy healing. For 20 years I was a Catholic Sister in the Dominican Order in Houston, TX. There I learned expanded my knowledge about spirituality and mysticism. Just before I left I was introduced to energy based healing.

I now explore the worlds of spirituality and energy based healing. My mission is to assist people in coming to heal the wounds which which hide their true loving nature. I was able to do this as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker for 35+ years.

When I moved from my home in Houston, TX to Sedona, AZ, my license didn't transfer. I now use my skills as a healer in the form of being a Life Coach revolving around spirituality and energy healing.

I have a doctorate in Mind-Body Psychology, two masters (Psychology and Theology) and a bachelors in Psychology.
