Frank W. Shaw, JD, PhD is a career manager, lawyer and educator. In addition to his extensive experience as a senior manager, he has worked in the capacities of director, site manager, and department head. His work as a hearings officer for employee grievances has contributed to a deeper understanding of how informal social networks in the workplace influence employee performance. He has successfully restored the effectiveness of numerous embattled management teams through consultation and working on site with managers and the employees they supervise to reconcile employee-management interests. In addition, he has taught undergraduate and graduate courses in organizational behavior, ethics, and law at several prominent colleges and universities. Dr. Shaw holds doctorates from the University of Utah and Notre Dame University.
