Matthew Accarrino

Born in St. Louis and raised in New Jersey, Chef Matthew Accarrino began his cooking career in New York City before moving west to San Francisco. Matthew trained in restaurants throughout Italy, graduated from the Culinary Institute of America and has worked for some of Americas best chefs including Rick Moonen and Thomas Keller. He received his first Michelin star for 2013 and was named Food & Wine's 2013 People's Best New Chef: California. SPQR: Modern Italian Food and Wine is his first book.
