Alex Zabala

Alex Zabala writes action-adventure archaeological thrillers. Three of his Rollock novels have placed in the Top Ten of the Clive Cussler Adventure Writers Competition, including a 2014 Finalist.

Born in Berkeley, California, Alex moved to Ensenada, Baja California as a boy in what he calls his "reverse immigration." He eventually returned to California, then settled in Arizona, where he ran his own landscape contracting business before turning to writing later in life. He teamed up with his publisher, Diego Alehandro, who co-authored several of his books. Alex's philosophy is simple: life is too short to write dull stories.
