Lynn Fredericks

Lynn Fredericks is the founder and guiding force behind FamilyCook Productions. An award-winning pioneer in the field of obesity prevention and family nutrition, she and her FamilyCook team, including co-author Mercedes Sanchez, have developed successful, hands-on programs and curricula to teach nutrition through cooking for over 150 schools, community based organizations, farmers' markets, health departments, early childhood and WIC centers across the US.
