Author David L. McCurry spent most of his life employed as a professional pilot involving flight instructing and charter work. He also has an extensive background studying aviation history and hunting for WWII aircraft wrecks. Another strong interest has been traveling to various parts of the world and photographing wildlife in their natural settings.
