I started writing when I was a teenager. Writing is something I think about every single day. I grew up in a small town not unlike the one in Storm Flight, though the hills were smaller and the weather more friendly. There was a train track though, a high speed line that severed the town in half, carrying people between two great cities. Some nights I’d lie in bed listening to that train, wondering if one day I might head off to one of those cities and seek my fortune…
