Karine Micard

Karine Micard is an author, podcaster, spiritual teacher and creator of online spiritual awakening programs.

After studying literature at the Sorbonne (agrégation de lettres modernes), Karine Micard worked for 20 years in TV production before becoming a confirmed author: she published "Moi, Giuseppina Verdi" (Robert Laffont editions) in 2013 about a 19th century Italian singer, also a courtesan and second wife of the great Verdi, a historical novel that has had some success. Karine experienced a sudden awakening of consciousness at the end of 2013, leading her in the footsteps of a spiritual guide who transmitted his techniques of expansion of consciousness and energetic postures to her for 4 years.

Having become a karmatherapist, she continued to write novels, this time focusing on spreading seeds of awakening: "Et pourtant c'était des dieux" (IDC editions) in 2018, "Un jour, Aliénor m'a dit" (Solar editions) in 2019.

She has also created two oracles of personal development "S'autoriser à être soi" in 2018 (éditions Contre-dires) and "L'oracle miroir de ton âme" in 2021 (éditions Eyrolles), true tools of karmatherapy.

In parallel, she has set up a series of podcasts for the Ouest-France platform "On ne va pas refaire l'histoire" (We are not going to remake history) in the summer of 2022, which makes listeners aware of the harmful effects of patriarchy from more than 2,000 years ago to the present day.

Traveling in past lives has reinforced her passion for history, which she mixes with psychology and spirituality to talk about unconscious human mechanisms and their drifts within an incarnation. The theme of the hold and the emotional dependence is the red thread of each of her creations.

In April 2023, "The Academy of Karma" is released, a concentrate of all her understandings about the meaning of existence.
