Jay Freedman

Jay Freedman has worked as a textbook editor, a technical writer, and a software engineer. He became a fan of Microsoft Word 2.0 in the mid-1980s, and soon began answering questions about it on bulletin board systems and on UseNet. In 2001 he was recognized by Microsoft as an MVP (Most Valuable Professional), and has received that award every year since then. Jay can be found most days in the Microsoft Community forum for Word.
