Wendy Lambourne

Wendy Lambourne has an MA in Industrial and Organisational Psychology (University of Cape Town) and is a Registered Psychologist with the South African Medical and Dental Council. She is an internationally-recognised authority on practically achieving transformation in an organisation using the Care and Growth model. Her implementation experience is in diverse contexts, across many industries, and in many countries. Her interests include reading, music, hiking, travel, white wine and red setters.
