Lester Adams, a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania (B.A.) and the University of Maryland School of Law (J.D.), is a lawyer, mediator and an ordained minister. He has been an ordained Elder since 1994. He and his wife Jill, currently serve as ministers in a church known as New Covenant Tabernacle, in Baltimore, Maryland. The leaders of New Covenant Tabernacle are Pastor Thomas Schwind and First Lady Rosalind Schwind. Lester has been a peacemaker since 1994, and he has helped mediate conflicts for a number of groups, organizations, agencies and churches. He is also available to give workshops, seminars and retreats to help churches, ministries and leaders, improve how they address conflict. His passion to see more broken marriages and relationships healed is what drives him to seek God to move mightily in people's lives to make these miracles happen. In 1999, Lester received a prophetic word instructing him to write three sentences a day. When he started writing in obedience to God's Word, God began to give him written materials to help equip people more effectively settle their differences. He has published 13 articles on Congregation Conflict Resolution in Mediate.com, which have been read and disseminated throughout the United States, and in places as far away as Israel, India, Spain, Botswana and Zimbabwe. He hopes that the current books that are available, God's Power Released, God's Presence Manifested, and Preparation For Resolution, will be a blessing to all who read them.
