Diana Deregnier

Author of "Mortimer Loses a Friend" and other Mortimer Adventures in the works, including "Home is Where Your Heart Sings," and "Mortimer Gets Grumpy." Articles by Deregnier on social issues appear in print and online publications around the world. Following an early start in foster homes, dropping out of high school and teen motherhood, Diana graduated from Brandeis University, earned 33 units toward a Masters degree at San Francisco State University and has become an avid writer and humanitarian while coping with chronic rheumatic dis-ease. Diana's other passions are singing and dancing.
