Emmy Morgan

She grew as a Black kid in the predominantly straight, predominantly White of Feeding Hills, MA knowing at an early age she was born in the wrong body. It was there she began channeling all the dramas and life lessons she learned into words of poetry.

After high school she immediately enrolled at Western New England University in Springfield, MA determined to earn her Bachelors in Business Management all the while still writing as her creative outlet. Her goal was to own her own production company where she could write/act/produce her words of poetry had changed into short stories and screenplays.

At the age of 30 after living and working in Western MA her entire life, she decided to move further east to the Boston. While there she picked up her writing again and began her acting career. She moved back to Western MA in 2011 following the death of a childhood friend. Realizing life was short she picked up the one projecthshe'd written on and off since college and in 2011 self-published her first book. She added her own blog in 2011 and became a podcaster in 2013.

Upon moving back to Boston in 2014 she finally decided to begin her transition into a woman. Emmy Morgan debuted on August 1, 2015 inspired by Caitlyn Jenner. Her name being an homage to the first plus size model Emme from the 90s.
