Agustin E. Ferraro

Agustin E. Ferraro is a scholar and international consultant. Born in Buenos Aires, Argentina, he studied for his PhD in State Theory at the University of Frankfurt, Germany, from 1994 to 1996. He has more than fifteen years of experience working for governments, NGO’s and international organizations in the fields of public policy, state and civil service reform, and social advocacy. As a Humboldt scholar 2001-2003, he did postdoctoral research at the Institute for Latin American Studies in Hamburg, and at the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE). In 2008, he was awarded a prestigious national award in Spain for original research on public policy and state institutions. He was visiting Professor at Princeton University for the Spring Term 2011.
