Scott Cromar has been a Unix system administrator for two decades, and a project manager, technical team lead, and system architect for more than a decade. On several occasions, he has built multifunctional operational teams from scratch.
Along the way, he earned an MSCIS in IT Project Management and Information Security from Boston University.
He is the author of From Techie to Boss: Transitioning to Leadership, Solaris Troubleshooting Handbook and numerous technical articles on subjects ranging from root cause analysis to system resource management to the sex life of sea weed.
