I am a solicitor in private practice in London. I specialise in residential property, property regulation, mediation and litigation and all my writing is about the practical aspects of the law in these areas. I am fascinated by the law, especially housing law, in the different legal jurisdictions of the UK and in other legal jurisdictions and how they apply different solutions to very similar problems.

I live in Surrey with my wife and daughter.
