James McWilliams

Anne and James McWilliams are a husband and wife writing team responsible for "The Giftkeeper" and the sequel"Return to Whispering Willow". Anne and James live in Maryland and have shared their experiences in boating and visiting the Eastern Shore of Maryland in the two books. Anne's experiences in a Catholic boarding school in Fredrick, Maryland were used as a background for Madison Worthington's situation in a similar school. Madison is the central character in both books. The sequel to "The Giftkeeper", "Return to Whispering Willow" is now available on Amazon for Kindle.

Anne is primarily a housewife, these days, but has also worked as a fund raiser for a Christian high school and the March of Dimes. James is a recently retired engineer from the defense industry with extensive experience in technical writing and technical documentation.

Both Anne and James enjoy visiting the Eastern Shore of Maryland with its rich history, playing music, and writing. Currently, research is in progress for a new book and James is working on a collection of short stories.

Recently, James published a collection of short stories titled "Twelve Stories for the Twelve Days of Christmas". This collection includes ten holiday themed stories and two stories that are not holiday related. I included the two non-holiday stories to give the reader some relief from Thanksgiving and Christmas tales. "Twelve Stories for the Twelve Days of Christmas" is currently available on Amazon for Kindle.

Anne and James have been married for more than 50 years. Anne is a native of Maryland and James is a displaced Texan.
