Rebekah Trittipoe is a well-respected coach, instructor, and motivational speaker. A life-long athlete with numerous ultramarathon finishes, prestigious wins, and several long-distance trail records, she knows first-hand the commitment it takes to be successful on and off the field, trail, and court.
Trittipoe calls on her past as an athlete and medical professional (cardiovascular perfusion)as the scaffold for her writing. She was an year-round athlete in high school, a three-sport collegiate athlete, and continued her athletic career throughout her adult life in competitive volleyball, tennis, and long-distance trail running. Her drive and commitment is also reflected in the twenty-five years spent in the cardiac surgery arena and national leadership roles within her profession.
Rebekah Trittipoe is the author of books written to motivate and inspire. Her writing is anything but "pie in the sky." Rather, it is "true-blue-where-you- live." Regardless of age, interest, or station in life, the stories in each of the books will challenge the reader to strive for excellence with integrity and commitment.
Trittipoe is married to Gary and lives in Bedford, VA. They have raised two grown sons, Caleb and Seth, in the shadow of the Blue Ridge Mountains.
