Jenny Williams is a Master Certified Executive and Systemic Team Coach (MCC) with over 15 years’ experience helping leaders and teams navigate uncertainty, complexity and change with clarity and confidence. Known for her ability to blend deep human insight with strategic leadership thinking, Jenny supports executives, teams and organisations to have the conversations that really matter — turning doubt into direction and complexity into purposeful action.
Her work spans the public, private and not-for-profit sectors, as well as fast-scaling businesses. The breadth and depth of this experience continues to shape how she thinks, listens and works. She works across a diverse mix of industries and roles — from the diamonds in the prison service to the diamonds on a hand. This is intentional. Neutrality brings objectivity to her work, allowing insights to travel between systems that might otherwise never speak to each other.
Before becoming a coach, Jenny spent 17 years in senior marketing and sales roles across global organisations — including as Creative Director at Nokia — giving her a rare blend of organisational experience and coaching depth that keeps her work grounded, relevant and practical.
Her book, Brilliant Doubt, reframes uncertainty not as a weakness, but as a strategic ally in leadership — a signal that points toward what matters most and opens up new possibilities for growth. Drawing on thousands of hours of coaching and real-world leadership complexity, the book offers leaders a powerful framework for turning doubt into clarity, courage and confident action.
Jenny is also a passionate proponent of the Enneagram, using it as a growth tool to help leaders understand deeper patterns of thought and behaviour that shape how they lead, relate and decide under pressure.
She lives in London with her very stubborn Tibetan Terrier, and brings to her work a blend of curiosity, humanity and determination — always ready to ask the uncomfortable questions that reveal the most transformative answers
