Batista Gremaud is a Body Design Formula 7th degree Master teacher in the Dr. Fitness USA protocol. Certified also in personal training, Batista's expertise in strength training includes structural realignment of the spine, getting rid of back pain without surgery, injury prevention and post rehabilitation of injuries. Batista has been teaching the Body Design Formula protocol as an independent trainer at Gold's Gym, Venice for the last 4 years.
Batista Gremaud is the author of "How to lose weight and look good with strength training" "Extreme Muscle Makeover" and "Poster 4 Power" available on Amazon. She regularly writes for addiction and recovery magazines and online health platforms, and has appeared as a celebrity speaker on various radio shows, including syndicated show: 'People of distinction" with Al Cole and " Amazing Women of Power". Batista Gremaud is scheduled to launch another book in December 2015 "Stronger than Medicine".

Batista Gremaud started her professional journey at the age of three, at her parent’s academy of dance and dramatic arts in Switzerland. She made an international career as a ballet and flamenco artist and has performed all over the world.
Her repertoire of over twenty-five choreographies includes ballet, dance/theater, public television performances, summer concert series and video productions.
A former Master teacher with the Music Center Education Division, Maestra Batista conducted Artist in Residence workshops for over 15 years in schools around the greater Los Angeles area, LAUSD and Head Start sites, while implementing standard-based classes. During the same period, she presented educational workshops for parents and professional development workshops for faculty and staff. She presented at the BEST Art Festival for eight years and was a member of the LAUSD Arts Community Partnership Network, and LA County Art, Art for All initiative.
