Award winning humor novelist Holly Patrone, writes childrens books under the pen name Peyton Adams. She lives on the eastern half of Long Island with her husband, three dogs and daughter, who is the last of her five children still living at home.
She armed her children with wisdom as they grew up. They learned to do just the opposite of anything she has ever done, that dinner is ready when the smoke alarm goes off and that a crazy, short, Italian lady chasing a teenager around the house with a plastic lawnmower is not at all intimidating.
Her books reflect the love and laughter that she's shared with her own children over the years and teach lessons of self respect and tolerance.
