Shridhar Lolla

Shridhar hand-holds entrepreneurs and business leaders in spotting leverage points and realizing their full potential. He advises small to large organizations, in manufacturing, industrial automation, Distribution, Information Technology, Health care, and Ev-mobility industries.

Formerly, Shridhar was group manager at ABB Corporate Research Center and till recently, led implementation of Goldratt Consulting’s (Israel) business transformational projects in South East Asia.

Shridhar’s work is widely available in public domain including his 3 books on Business Transformation. He is also a co-creator of the game changing book on innovation, ‘Business Model Generation'.

His current interest is in ensuring that his clients achieve unprecedented business growth despite uncertainty and resource constraints. Shridhar is an engineer by qualification and holds a PhD from IIT Delhi. He lives in Bangalore.
