Sam is a champion for sobriety, and a single Mum, with 3 amazing neurodivergent children, ages 12-18. She juggles her professional life as a Speaker, Trainer, Podcast Host and Author with valuable family time. Sam was diagnosed in 2023 with Breast Cancer, and now raises awareness and vital funds for Cancer Research UK and Cancer Support UK.

Her second home is the Algarve, where she does a lot of her writing, she is passionate about helping others and, making an impact on as many people as possible through her work.
