Judith Ramsey

Judith Ramsey is a life-long Minnesota resident and the owner of the Visit Minnesota website. She spent her early years in the Duluth area. Her family moved to Minneapolis when she was in elementary school, on to Cass Lake for a few years, then to Detroit Lakes. She and her husband now live in St Paul.

Favorite family vacations were always camping trips to Minnesota state parks. They started with a huge canvas tent when their five children were young and, eventually, upgraded to a pop-up camper. The kids grew up and went off to college, marriage, and far-off places. For a while they went back to tent camping, then to RV travel.

Favorite travel destinations are still vacation spots in Minnesota. Sometimes they join their kids and grandkids for a camping trip and at other times take off on their own to explore more of Minnesota.
