Peggy Harper Lee is a mother of four children, ages three to 29. Mothering over almost three decades has given her a unique vantage point of the rising entitlement culture and the devastation it brings to families. Working with clients in her financial advisory practice has been the most telling. Clients have shared with her the financial devastation that overindulgence, overprotection, and free-range parenting have wrought on families not to mention the damaged relationships. In the trenches with other parents and children as a community volunteer and with her own extended family she has discovered how to help parents recognize and learn the skills needed to raise children to responsible and successful adulthood. Parenting is a skill, one that can be taught, and she is passionate about bringing resources and tools to those rearing our precious babies. She lives in Rocklin, California with her husband and two youngest children. This is her first book.
