Having always been fascinated with the past, I love living right downtown in a city that's over 300 years old. As I walk through Philadelphia, all around me I see layers of history, events and lives that have shaped the city. Each day, I try to take a different route, wandering down a different side street or pausing to look up at the facade of some building and each time I do, I see something that tells me a new story.

In my work as a writer, archivist and tour guide I have the pleasure of sharing all those stories and observations with readers, tourists and friends.
