Rachael Gabriel

Rachael Gabriel is Professor of Literacy Education at the University of Connecticut. A former middle school teacher and reading specialist, Rachael teaches courses for educators and doctoral students pursuing a specialization in literacy. Her research examines the intersections of federal, state, and local education policies with literacy instruction, intervention, and leadership.
