J.D. Hyman

JD has been preparing for the zombie apocalypse since 2006. After obtaining both his bachelors and master’s degrees he moved to Columbus where he worked for the state of Ohio five years before moving back to South Carolina in November of 2019. He loves the outdoors, binging on soon to be cancelled Netflix shows, his German Shepherd, Maverick, music and photography.

JD’s podcast, The Hyman Podcast focuses on the human experience from a narrative storytelling approach. After finishing his doctorate degree in the applied sciences of international business, he was able to devote more time to building his brand. Currently, JD is a researcher, professor, and business manager for a private hospital in his hometown.
