Elizabeth Stanfill

Elizabeth Stanfill is recognized for her work in Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM). She has education and certification in this area and has designed and directed CISM programs for major ambulance companies. She has over 20 years of experience in emergency services, starting her career as an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) and advancing to roles such as Field Training Officer (FTO) and 911 Senior Operations Supervisor. Her books aim to provide insights and solutions for reducing stress in high-pressure environments.
