Victoria Dwek

Victoria Dwek is the co-author of nine cookbooks, including the "Made Easy" kosher cookbook series, the "Secret Restaurant Recipes" cookbook series, Secrets of Skinny Cooking, Dinner Done, and The Best of Kosher. She's also a founding of Between Carpools, the lifestyle site for the busy Jewish woman. She's the former longtime editor of Whisk, a popular kosher food magazine published weekly by Ami Magazine. An experienced journalist and avid hostess, Victoria's work combines her passions for good food and good writing. She lives in Deal, New Jersey with her husband and children.
