Kerriel Bailey

Christian Lawyer, Child Advocate, Adjunct Law School Instructor, Author, wife, mother, grandmother, and friend are just a few of the many words that describe Kerriel Bailey. She runs an active solo practice in Virginia Beach, Virginia frequently representing children including those abused, neglected, and otherwise victimized.

Kerriel has had the privilege of working with and learning from the preeminent constitutional lawyers in the field, including Jay Sekulow of the American Center for Law and Justice, the Christian Legal Society Center for Law and Religious Freedom, and Alliance Defending Freedom (ADF) where she serves as an allied attorney.

Kerriel is a gifted motivational and conference speaker. She has been a radio and television guest discussing law related subjects. As a frequent speaker to church leadership, staff, and volunteers, she provides counsel on issues of child safety and church protection. Attorney Bailey is available for speaking engagements and training.

Kerriel is a long-time member of the Christian Legal Society. She is a member of numerous organizations including the American Professional Society on the Abuse of Children, the Federalist Society, and a variety of legal organizations including the Virginia Bar Association, Virginia Trial Lawyers Association, and the Virginia Women Attorney Association. As a Daughter of the American Revolution (DAR), Kerriel comes from a long line patriotic Americans dedicated to uphold the U.S. Constitution.

Kerriel and her husband Kurt have two adult sons, one lovely daughter-in-law, and an adorable granddaughter.
