Daniel Rivas del Monte

Daniel Rivas del Monte (Navalmoral de la Mata, Spain, 1977) is a writer and vocational traveler. He has published short stories in various unsavory fanzines, has written film reviews for some internet portals and has initiated several blogs, being Un dos tres, al escondite inglés (danidiariodeviaje.blogspot.com) the one he updates more often. That blog accounts for his daily travel mode.

His first published novel, 55 días en Indochina (2015), is based on a trip to South-East Asia. 55 días en Indochina could be classified as Travel Literature, adding the personal view of the author to the genre.

His story "El niño" won the third prize in a short travel stories competition (IX Concurso de Relatos de Viaje Moleskin 2014).
