Tiffany Jacobs

Tiffany Jacobs was born and raised in Southern California. After marrying, she and her husband, Terry Jacobs, moved to the San Francisco Bay area where they raised their three children. After four years of research and writing, Tiffany and Terry released their first novel, Mermaid Drowning.
