Kyle Prevost is a high school teacher that moulds the young leaders of tomorrow at Birtle Collegiate in southwestern Manitoba. He has freelanced for several prominent personal finance blogs in Canada, and loves interacting with readers online. Kyle received his B.A. and B.Ed at the University of Manitoba. He is currently working through a M.Ed at Brandon University. His writing has been featured in the BU Journal of Graduate Studies in Education.

A strong believer that young people need a better grounding in personal finance basics, Kyle has taken a leadership role in lobbying for the creation of a curriculum centred on these topics in his home province.

In his spare time he likes to limp up and down a basketball court, pretend to be a tough guy in a boxing ring, and fall asleep reading a great book.
