Deborah D. Grison, PhD, a college professor of English and the Humanities, is the Founding Principal of the global health initiative EAT LIFE! ITS A MOVEMENT NOT A MOMENT. She advocates for healthy food choices by living this truth "Let Food Be Thy Medicine and Medicine Thy Food." The author of two collections of poetry, The Attic: words from the top (2001) and A Love Supreme: a poemoir (2010),Dr. Grison currently lives, loves and EATS LIFE! in Chicago, Illinois.
